On a daily basis, the teams ensure quality reception and social support.
Alongside the Deputy Accommodation Director, you ensure the reception, accommodation and support of asylum seekers during the processing of their file.

As a Social Worker, taking concrete action for the general interest...
This means ensuring:

- The management of the asylum seeker's file, while ensuring that the procedure deadlines are respected and supporting them in all of their socio-administrative procedures and access to rights;
- The identification and management of medical-social needs (public health, schooling, etc.);
- Carrying out an inventory of fixtures upon entry and exit of the persons accommodated while ensuring the monitoring of payments;
- Compliance with the internal regulations while ensuring the proper use and security of the premises and rooms;
- Preparation for leaving the system by providing support in finding solutions within the framework of existing systems.

This means contributing to:
- Finding new partners by participating in the proper integration of the structure into the local fabric;
- People's autonomy through the implementation of personalized projects and collective actions;
- “Living well together” by organizing meetings for residents on how to live and consultation meetings.

The integration of our residents depends on our listening and taking their needs into account. The role of the Social Worker is essential to ensure a welcome in dignified and secure conditions, in collaboration with our partners.

Your compensation:
From €33K to €36K depending on profile and experience
