Site Manager (M/F) on permanent contract

A mission of general interest
Our social residences are designed to accommodate people in precarious and vulnerable situations. On a daily basis, the teams ensure a high-quality welcome and social support.
Alongside the Deputy Territorial Director (or Territorial Director) and with a team of four Residence Managers, you have an operational and hierarchical role. Positioned at the heart of a residence, you are responsible for the financial balance and proper management of the residences within a perimeter of 150 housing units.

This means guaranteeing:
- Management, recruitment, organization and control of the team's activity;
- Achieving the objectives of your sector in terms of rental management: occupancy rate, unpaid rent, customer satisfaction, rental allocation, notice, etc.;
- Administrative monitoring of the activity through budget monitoring, indicators and reporting;
This means promoting:
- Social support for residents in conjunction with Social Integration Managers and external partners;
This means ensuring:
- The quality of service and communication with residents, in support of residence managers, in all actions carried out within the assigned sector;
- The safety of property and people, the proper functioning of the site security bodies and alerting in the event of malfunction.

Your remuneration:
From 36-41 K€ depending on profile and experience
Including: 13th month, holiday bonus, profit-sharing and incentive bonus, employee savings plan, annual target bonus.

The Site Manager is a local manager with missions at the heart of Adoma's activity, while ensuring the monitoring of economic indicators (occupancy rate, default rate).
If you too would like to get involved in integration through housing, with the addition of:
- A Bac +2/3 level diploma such as BTS Real Estate Professions, Social and Family Economics...
- Initial experience in rental management, as well as managerial experience.
- Knowledge of the regulatory aspects related to rental/social real estate.
- An appetite for management and a developed sense of customer service. Driving
license B required.
