Property Manager - M/F

The position:

Within the Grand Est Territorial Directorate of ICF HABITAT LA SABLIERE, and reporting to the site manager, you are the privileged contact for tenants in Epinay-sur-Seine, ensuring daily customer relations in the field with the aim of quality of service in conjunction with customer managers.

A good communicator, you inform tenants about their account, their rights and obligations, and the work planned in their residence.

As a field person, you will independently manage customer complaints using our internal software, from entering the complaint to its resolution in compliance with company procedures and processing times.

You carry out inventories, work orders, monitoring of technical and safety equipment (elevator inspection, etc.) in conjunction with internal teams (technical department, rental management department).

You participate in the marketing of homes by conducting viewings. You promote the properties by providing information on the apartment's amenities, neighborhood infrastructure, and local services. Beforehand, you organize advisory visits and plan any renovations.

Your role also involves collecting rent and regularly carrying out all necessary procedures with tenants (reminders, etc.) in order to avoid disputes over non-payment.

You are responsible for monitoring and overseeing companies involved in maintenance contracts and one-off work orders.
You ensure compliance with internal regulations. You ensure tenants' quality of life through the close relationships you maintain with them.

You are equipped with a touchscreen tablet and a mobile phone which allow you to be responsive.

As a company representative working closely with customers, you convey the image of ICF Habitat.

With a CAP building caretaker qualification,

A good level of written and spoken French is essential for this position, as is proficiency with IT tools. Knowledge of IKOS is a plus.

You are rigorous and organized in planning your various appointments.

A good communicator, you know how to adapt to a variety of audiences. During your professional interactions, you rely on your listening skills and discretion. You have a genuine sense of customer service.
