With 6 companies spread across the country and a portfolio of more than 95,000 housing units that combine social, intermediate, and open-rent housing and residences adapted to specific audiences, ICF Habitat is one of the largest housing operators in France, housing nearly 210,000 people. Present on a national scale, particularly in large urban centers, the Group works to implement the housing policies of the State, local authorities and SNCF, its shareholder.
Committed to an ambitious sustainable development policy, all construction and rehabilitation programs combine energy performance and comfort of the living environment. In addition to the quality of the heritage, there is a requirement for quality of service provided. The 1,539 women and men who make up the ICF Habitat teams work there every day. Today, the Group is inventing the housing of tomorrow: a habitat with a human face, responsible, innovative, designed to meet the expectations of all audiences.
