Mission Description:
Join a key player in the housing sector in the Île-de-France region!
The GIE Grand Paris Habitat (GPH) is the direct project management (MOD) structure of CDC Habitat IDF, operating alongside the lessor CDC Habitat. With nearly 200 employees and 23 members, it supports the development of housing in Île-de-France by addressing major operational and organizational challenges. Description de la mission
Operational Management and Organization is:
Improve the overall operation of Grand Paris Habitat
Manage and lead the collaborative space dedicated to collecting standard documents and operating procedures for the EIG.
Participate in the implementation and optimization of procedures and operating procedures to improve the performance and cross-functionality of the EIG.
Be the Internal Control contact
Coordinate and contribute to annual control campaigns.
Carry out certain level 1 controls and coordinate others.
Develop recommendations and ensure their implementation.
Monitor reported incidents and ensure rigorous risk management.
Contribute to the internal and institutional communication of Grand Paris Habitat
(Under the supervision of the Communications Director of CDC Habitat Île-de-France)
Deploy and monitor the CDC Habitat Île-de-France communication action plan, ensuring compliance with budgets and deadlines.
Increase the visibility of CDC Habitat's intervention strategy in the IDF region, particularly through its GIE Grand Paris Habitat dedicated to development, project management and urban renewal.
Promote the work of GIE Grand Paris Habitat internally and with stakeholders through: Writing articles,
Highlighting construction sites and emblematic projects,
Organizing events (internal and external) such as inaugurations, first stones, seminars and wishes.
Participate in the creation and distribution of work letters intended for tenants affected by renovations, ensuring rigorous monitoring of files until publication.
Assist the Deputy Director of Operational Management and Organization
Prepare and structure materials and files for certain bodies and events.
Profil
BAC +5 qualification (business school major in control or communication, Master 2 internal control). Generalist profile: junior auditor in a firm, junior internal controller with initial experience desired (1 year minimum).
This position is for you if you are:

a good listener and facilitator, proactive, with good writing skills.
You have mastered the basics of the graphics chain and the main DTP software in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge and interest in the social housing sector is a plus.
Your recruitment process
1st interview: A telephone conversation with a member of the HR team to introduce you to the Group, the context of the position and to answer your questions.
2nd interview: A meeting with the Deputy Director of Operational Management and Organization to discuss the responsibilities and expectations of the position in more depth. A summary-type writing test will be conducted during the interview.
