As part of our activity, we are looking for the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes establishment:
Multi-skilled Agent (M/F) on fixed-term contract for a period of 1 month (renewable)
Reporting to the Deputy Accommodation Director, you will ensure the reception of residents and contribute to the quality of services by participating in the material organization of community life. In this context, you will carry out, in particular, the following missions:
- Prepare the accommodation areas and ensure their maintenance;
- Ensure the upkeep of equipment and the tidying up of the premises;
- Carry out first-level maintenance and upkeep tasks;
- Report technical malfunctions to the maintenance department;
- Monitor and alert on hygiene and safety aspects.
You will also actively participate in the running of the structure:
- Participate in the reception of residents, provide information on the life of the structure and the use of equipment;
- Contribute to compliance with the internal regulations;
- Promote the good integration of residents and regulate community life (prevention and management of conflicts, etc.);
- Participate in the organization and implementation of activities for the public received.
With a vocational certificate (CAP/BEP/Bac) (equipment maintenance, social intervention technician, etc.), you have 2 years of experience in welcoming people in precarious situations.
Knowledge of the fundamentals of maintenance, upkeep, and IT tools will allow you to be quickly operational.
Your adaptability, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and mediation abilities will all be assets for success in this position.
Knowledge of foreign languages will be appreciated.
