Description de la mission

Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with the teams at the Flanders-Hainaut Regional Directorate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your residence, with a constant focus on quality of service. As a true representative of the company on the ground, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring quality of service and the smooth operation of the residences. This recruitment is for a replacement position.

Your main responsibilities:

Tenant relations & quality of service

Ensure a daily on-site presence and regular contact with tenants.
Provide information on accounts, rights and obligations, and upcoming work in the residences.
Process complaints via our internal software, from entry to resolution, within the applicable deadlines and procedures.
Technical management & property inspections.

Conduct property inspections (entry/exit) and preliminary advisory visits
; order necessary work and monitor its execution
; monitor technical and safety equipment (elevator checks, etc.) in conjunction with internal departments; and
handle the marketing and development of housing.

Participating in viewings of rental properties;
Rent management & prevention of rent arrears

Collecting rent payments
, monitoring payments, sending reminders, preventing non-payment situations,
managing service providers and the day-to-day operations of the residence

Monitor the proper execution of maintenance contracts and ad-hoc work;
ensure compliance with internal regulations;
contribute to the quality of residential life through close relationships
 

Position based in Sin-le-Noble, available on a fixed-term contract for a period of two months. This position involves travel: driving licence and vehicle required.

Profil

Vocational training certificate (CAP) for building caretakers or equivalent.
Proven experience in building/social housing management.
Excellent written and spoken French essential.
Proficiency in computer skills (knowledge of IKOS software is a plus).
Rigor, organization, autonomy, and proactive approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, discretion, and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
 

Organization & Mobility

Mobile position, with regular travel to several residences in the area.
Equipment provided: tablet and mobile phone for optimal responsiveness in the field.

What we offer

Attractive salary: between €25,197 and €26,830 gross per year over 13 months, plus a holiday bonus (excluding other bonuses).
22 days of RTT (reduced working time) + 27 days of paid leave, prorated to time worked.
Fixed daytime hours.
Health insurance (73% covered) - not mandatory.
Public transport pass (60% covered).
Meal vouchers: €9.82 per day worked (60% covered).
